Our massage offerings:

A thoughtful collaboration with your therapist to choose what’s best for you.

  • Using deep compressions, your therapist’s pressure is slowly increased as your muscle tissue relaxes and allows for the body’s deeper muscles to be accessed. This massage is designed to relieve your body of tension and target any areas that might be bothering you.

  • Using a combination of circulatory, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, your therapist can help to alleviate pain and encourage proper fluid movement which reduces swelling and helps keep athletes in a state of peak performance. This specific style offers balance to any training regimen.

  • Myofascial Release addresses the fascia, or connective tissue of the muscle. When there is tension in the fascia, underlying muscles and the structure of the body are pulled, leading to painful holding patterns in our posture. Stretching techniques travel along the grain of the muscle fibers to lengthen the fascia and help release tension from the underlying muscle tissue.

  • Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful choice to compliment your prenatal care. Sidelying positioning with supportive, soft cushions or pillows are used to alleviate the strain on the lower back and pelvic areas.

This specialized approach reduces swelling and inflammation in the joints resulting in reduced pain.

Post Natal massage helps to stimulate the release of hormones associated with relaxation while decreasing those associated with stress (like coristol and norepinephrine).

  • Enjoy a massage with a loved one or friend in a shared space with two of our therapists. Your therapists will meet with you individually, prior to your sessions to target your areas of concern. We understand that every 'body' is completely different, so each session at our practice is meticulously tailored to fit each client's specific needs. Get the massage YOU need, while your guest gets the massage they need.

  • This massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massages may benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, or other conditions.

  • An orthopedic massage can be useful in treating damage sustained to the body during injury, and is often used to improve the symptoms of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis. In short, an orthopedic massage is typically used to treat the musculoskeletal system and help it function more efficiently, and can often be prescribed as a preventative treatment.

  • By applying pressure to the knots in the muscle, tension is released in the individual muscle cells. This allows the muscle to return to its normal length. As the muscle cells return to their normal length, the pressure on the collagen sheath is released, and the neighboring muscle cells are no longer being pulled. This can provide relief from pain and tension in the muscle.
